ACES: each Sunday of the month will
have a different focus so that members can sign up for other "between
service" activities (counters, Bethesda sandwiches, Altar Guild,
etc) around the topics that they are more interested in. The first Sunday
of each month will usually focus on one of our mission/benevolence partners,
the second on current issues at Our Redeemer, the third on current issues
in the ELCA, and the fourth Sunday will feature a Bible study on the coming
month's second lesson readings. The May schedule looks like this:
